Watermelon and Strawberry Salsa

Serves: 4; 1/2 cup per serving
1/2 cup diced watermelon
1/2 cup diced strawberries
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey/ 1/2 tsp Paprika

Cooking Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to two days to serve chilled.
