From my kitchen: High Protein Dosa
For all Dosa lovers try this simple, easy and healthy High Protein Dosa
Taste test was done and certified by popular Food Critic and Food Lover - My Husband
1 Cup Gourmet Bean Blend (From Costco)
2 Red Chillies
2 slices of Ginger
Salt to taste
1. Soak Bean Blend for 3hours.
2. Blend bean blend, Red chillies and Ginger.
3. Add salt; pour the batter on hot pan and spread.
4. Drizzle olive oil.
5. Fold the dosa in half and enjoy with your favorite chutney.
